Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit & Maestro.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling We normally ship items within 1 to 3 working days, subject to stock availability, except where otherwise stated. We only deliver to UK mainland. Standard delivery is usually second class post or parcel delivery service which normally 1 -3 days from dispatch. Larger items and certain products may require courier or a speciality delivery - this will be indicated in the product information.
If you require items to be sent on a faster service, please contact us and we will inform you of any supplemental charges that will apply. At our discretion, we may upgrade or alter the service used to give the customer a better or more efficient service. This should in no way alter the level of service or increase the delivery time allocated.
In most cases, we will contact you to inform you that your products(s) have been dispatched and should you feel that your product has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, then please contact us to address the problem. |
Delivery Schedule We attempt to dispatch all products held in stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Due to availability of delivery services, items are only dispatched during normal working days (Mon-Fri), but may be collected from the chandlery outlet on any day of the week by arrangement.
Standard delivery will usually take 1-3 days to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to other locations can be arranged by contact ing us before placing your order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Items placed on back-order will be dispatched on the day that they become available, and as such should normally be dipatched within 7 days of the order being received. |

| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
Guarantee All products, unless otherwise stated, come with a standard 12 monmth guarantee that entitles the purchaser to a repair or replacement product if, and only if, the product is found to be faulty or defective, and only if the relevant maintenance and care has been taken of the product in question. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection with a full description of the fault, and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt showing date purchased and purchase price) and if the item is deemed to be faulty and under warranty, we will refund any postage or delivery costs the customer has incurred.

We do not accept items returned unless accompanied by relevant documentation with details of the sender, the item returned and the reason for returning it.
Any product damaged during transit MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods to comply with delivery services policies.
