Delivery and Returns information from Network Yacht Chandlers

We deliver all over the world and will go the extra mile to ensure you get your order when promised. We use the best, and most price efficient couriers to keep costs to the customer low while remaining reliable.

Delivery Prices

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £100.00 to any mainland UK address*.

Standard Delivery (under £100.00 total order value) is calculated using the following table;

Large ---- £10.34
up to 8KG ---- £12.67
up to 10KG --- £13.61
up to 20KG --- £15.86

International Shipping and Items over 20Kg;

Orders over 20Kg in weight are sent via a Special Delivery courier, depending on size, price varies although our over 20Kg delivery is still very cost effective and the Delivery charge can still be seen on the final checkout screen before payment is taken. If you have any questions please contact us directly.
International Delivery costs vary, and may have to send via special delivery services depending on delivery location. Please contact us regarding international delivery costs.

* The Free Delivery offer excludes electronic items & hazardous products, including antifouling/paint, distress flares, liferafts, life jackets, batteries and some cleaning products.
This offer is valid for orders up to 25kg in weight and 2.5m in length
Please note that all deliveries are from our courier they may require a signature and parcels are unable to be left at an address without one.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship items within 24 hours of receiving an order. Our chandlery is open 7 days a week; however couriers do not always work as hard as we do, and close at weekends. The delivery charge is automatically generated and can be seen on the final checkout screen before you confirm your payment.
On occasions items may not be immediately available; in this case we will ship as much of your order as we can, then send the rest at a later date with no additional cost to you. Payment is only taken when we dispatch your products, customers can cancel their order at any time providing the items haven't already been dispatched.

Returns

All of our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that you will be thrilled by our products and service. However we accept that sometimes you may wish to return items to us. We urge you to contact us via Phone (01492 572777) so we know if we are providing you with a full refund, or replacing a product for you. Please send all returns to the return address;

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 days of placing the order, or within 7 days of receiving your order (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order you will have your payment returned, please send the goods back to address stated above.

Please note that payment will be refunded when we receive your un-wanted order.
